FORMATS.
The wide variety of models and formats allows you to cover both small and large surfaces, offering the greatest possible choice of compositions, in order to create clearly differentiated areas: 40X40X3.5, 40X60X3.5, 40X20X3.5, 20X20X3.5, 40X40X6, 50X50X5, 40X60X5, ...
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
The raw materials we use come either from rocks from the rivers Mengíbar (Jaén) and Dílar (Granada), or from the siliceous stones and sands and limestones of the quarries of Padul and Huetor Santillán (Granada). The cements and colourings used in manufacturing are all officially approved, and comply with the requirements of UNE 80305:96 and UNE 80301:96 Standards. The water used comes from wells.
PHYSICAL AND MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS.
Data obtained from tests carried out by the Laboratory of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport of the Autonomous Regional Government of Andalusia: Shock Resistance, UNE 127.001 Standard; Resistance to flexotraction, UNE 127.006 Standard ; Wear, UNE 127.005/1 Standard; Water absorption, UNE 127.002 Standard. All our samples comply with the requirements of the corresponding standard, for all uses both on traction surfaces and reverse.
PRODUCTION PROCESS, PRODUCTION OF MATERIALS.
From the rigorously selected raw materials and semi-manufactured products - cements, marble dust, river and quarry sands, granites, colourings, highly resistant water sands - we obtain different concretes, depending on the model chosen.
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM.
We have a commercial network able to deliver our products to any point in Spain.
